Located at Pier Park Marina in Road Town, Tortola, ONDE offers a refined Italian dining experience inspired by timeless culinary traditions, exceptional ingredients, and genuine hospitality. Whether joining us for lunch, sunset cocktails, or dinner overlooking the marina, every visit reflects our philosophy: Italian Dining in Motion.
Dress Code
At ONDE, we invite guests to enjoy a refined yet relaxed dining experience. Resort elegant or smart casual attire is encouraged. While jackets are welcome, they are not required. We kindly ask guests to avoid beachwear, sleeveless undershirts, and overly casual attire to help maintain the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Children
Children are welcome at ONDE. While we do not currently offer a dedicated children's menu, many of our dishes can be enjoyed by younger diners, and our team will gladly assist with recommendations where possible.
Dietary Accommodations
Guests with allergies or dietary preferences are encouraged to let us know in advance. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options are available where possible.
Large Parties
For parties of more than eight guests, ONDE offers a set menu for both lunch and dinner. This allows our culinary and service teams to maintain the level of timing, consistency, and attention to detail expected of the ONDE dining experience while ensuring the entire table can enjoy a thoughtfully coordinated meal. Our team will work with you in advance to arrange the set menu for your group.
Pre-Ordering
At ONDE, pre-ordering is part of the care behind certain dishes, not simply a matter of choosing your meal in advance. Some preparations require additional sourcing, marinating, curing, slow cooking, resting, or other techniques that cannot be hurried.
Advance notice gives our chefs the time to achieve the quality, balance, texture, temperature, and presentation each dish is intended to deliver.
